Adobo Spice

Adobo spice is a staple that should be in everyone’s pantry! It is great on chicken, fish, and other meats.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of paprika

  • 2 teaspoons of black pepper

  • 1 ½ teaspoons of onion powder

  • 1 ½ teaspoons of dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon of ancho chili powder

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix

  • Store in a jar
