Okay, so this isn’t technically a recipe, BUT who doesn’t love cheese? This cheese plate is cute, delicious, and very easy to put together.

The cheeses in this plate are Brie, Gouda, Manchego, and Herb Goat Cheese, which all came from Trader Joe’s. In the center, there are dried apricots, grapes, dried figs, strawberries, and blackberries. You can use whatever fruit you want, but I find that these fruits tend to go with most cheeses.
